  • Ryan Vatter is an active volunteer at his church in Millersville, always willing to help the building team with renovations.

    A few of his hobbies include whistling super early in the morning, surf fishing in Delaware, reading anything that has to do with personal growth, and listening to new business Podcasts.

    When he's at home, you'll find him playing with his adorable kids Caleb, Eli, and Gracie.

    His biggest pet peeves are people who chew their food loudly or tell him something is impossible.

  • Caitlin is originally from Columbia, DA, and received her formal Interior Design training at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She was raised with 2 younger sisters and is married with 4 kitties. You can find her doing crafts, DIY furniture projects, and boating on the Susquehanna with her family.

    What do you do? I meet with clients, source materials and finishes with clients, draft floorplans, specify selections for projects, and design projects from beginning to end

    What’s your favorite movie? I love the Harry Potter movies and spinoffs because being taken into the imaginary world is so much fun!

    What’s your favorite quote? I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.

    What’s your greatest accomplishment? Making a client’s dream come true with a complete design of just what they wanted.

    What’s a big pet peeve of yours? When I ask a question and the “answer” doesn’t answer my question

    What's a niche cause you’re passionate about? Animal rescue!

  • Do you have a friend or colleague who is generally quiet, but then they speak and it’s always insightfully hilarious? Baxter truly is living a well-rounded life, displaying his math skills during the day and playing guitar in a seriously funky jazz band at night.

    Every day, he brings a great vibe to the office. And that is exactly our jam.

  • Ryan is originally from Lancaster. He’s married to his wife, Brittany, and has a young daughter. He spends his time hanging out with his family and playing disc golf.

    What do you do? I keep jobsites moving and manage client and subcontractor relations.

    What’s your favorite movie? Lord of the Rings

    What's a pet peeve of yours? Not completing demo before drywall

    If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be? Peanut Butter

  • Chris has been working with Vatter Construction since the spring of 2022. Originally from the Poconos, Chris studied finance at Millersville University and was a Cavalry Scout in the PA National Guard. Chris has been married to his wife, Julie, since 2017, and they have 3 kids.

    What’s a big pet peeve of yours? Traffic jams

    If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be? Tacos

    What would we find you doing outside of work? Relaxing on the beach, and spending time with family.

  • Jesse has yet to give Morgan enough information to make a bio for him, so she made the whole thing up.

    Jesse graduated from Mrs. Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children in 2016, where he got a degree in microbiology with a minor in improv puppeteering. He’s a diehard musical theater fan and cried watching Cats the Musical on Broadway. You can find him spending his free time pursuing amateur botany and participating in Civil War reenactments. He lives in his home in Lancaster with his best friend, a box turtle named Lewis.

    Jesse works for Vatter as a lead carpenter. He loves Godfather 2 for Robert DeNiro and is a big fan of Tom Waits. His pet peeve is people who don’t clean up after themselves, and is described by his coworkers as “dramatic”.

  • Originally from Pequea, David started working at Vatter in early 2023. He has a girlfriend, Eliza, and is the proud owner of 2 dogs, Rudy and June.

    What do you do? I saw wood and pound nails.

    What’s an irrational fear of yours? Deep sea fishing with clowns and spiders

    What’s your greatest accomplishment? Getting hired at Vatter Construction

    If you could have lunch with one person, who would it be? My mother, because I love her.
